How do I know my size?
Have a look at our size guide. You will find it on every product.

What payment methods are available?
When it comes to checking out, you’ve got a few options. You can use your credit or debit card, as well as your Paypal account. For Aussies, Afterpay is available, too. Payments will appear on your statement as coming from our parent company which is Ventures Downunder Pty Ltd, so if you see this on your statement you know it's a charge for your ICIW products. 

Do you ship worldwide? 
We currently ship Australia and New Zealand wide.

How much will it cost to ship my ICIW order?
For standard post, we offer a flat shipping rate of AU$9.95 on all orders within Australia & New Zealand. We offer EXPRESS shipping in Australia for a flat rate of AU$14.95, no matter if you live country, coastal or skyscraper.

How long does it take for my ICIW order to arrive?
For metropolitan areas in Australia, there’s good news. If you order EXPRESS before 1pm EST, we’ll get dispatched on the same day. For Standard Delivery, we get dispatched 1-2 business days after you’ve placed your order.

For those of you outside major metropolitan zones in Australia, delivery times can vary. But sit tight - we’re coming for you.

Here’s a rough guide for Standard Delivery:

Sydney and NSW: 1-2 business days (1 day express)
Melbourne and VIC: 2-4 business days (1-2 days express)
Canberra and ACT: 1-3 business days (1-2 days express)
Brisbane and QLD: 2-4 business days (1-2 days express)
Adelaide and SA: 2-4 business days (1-2 days express)
Perth and WA: 2-7 business days (2-3 days express)
Tasmania: 2-5 business days (2-3 days express)
New Zealand: 4-10 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a dispatch email confirming your order is on its way. This email will include a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery date. Once your order is in the hands of the postman, it becomes the property of Australia Post/International courier companies. They’re safe hands, but if your ICIW delivery doesn’t reach you in the above time frame, send us a message and we’ll help you track it down.

What is the price of each product?
All prices are listed below each product. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
If you’re still waiting for your ICIW order to arrive, get in touch with Australia Post or your local mail service with your tracking number. Your ICIW package are in their safe hands, so they will be the fastest in letting you know where your order is. If they can’t give you any information, let us know at hello@iciw.com.au and we’ll lodge an investigation, Sherlock Holmes style.

How do I return/exchange an item?
If it wasn’t love at first sight, we can exchange or refund any regular priced, new product within 14 days from the date they arrived at your door. See our full returns and exchange policy here.

I ordered the wrong size, can I change my order?
If you’ve purchased the wrong size, send us a quick email at hello@iciw.com.au with your order details. If we receive your email before the postman arrives, we can cancel and issue you a refund. This can take between 24-72 hours. You will need to re-purchase the correct size. But if your order is already on its way, you can exchange your product once it has arrived, by following the instructions here.

Do I get an order confirmation from you after i've placed an order?
Yes, when you are finished shopping you will receive an order confirmation to the email you submitted when placing the order. If you haven´t received an order or shipping confirmation, please check your spam filter or contact us using the contact us button.
